Upon receiving a quote, a deposit is due. Your initial 50% deposit reserves your event date and goes towards supplies, and time spent developing a design for your order. Deposit is non-refundable. Invoice will be sent once a deposit is received. Orders must be paid-in-full upon due date indicated on invoice.

Delivery and setup is available at an additional fee. PARTYDETAILZ cannot be responsible for any damages to the cake or desserts after setup is complete. The client is responsible for providing an appropriate environment for the order with stability and temperature in mind. The client may choose to pick up and set up the order themselves and assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the order once it leaves the possession of PARTYDETAILZ.

All orders that are delivered have to be set out within 2 hours prior to your event for the best results. If the client or venue takes initiative to place it other then where it needs to be, such as a freezer/refrigerator and your cake is cold/frozen, PARTYDETAILZ cannot be held responsible.

Each cake and treat is handmade. No cake or treat will be precisely the same. PARTYDETAILZ reserves the right to interpret and design cake and treats based on theme, event type, color scheme, and inspiration pictures provided. Treats are subject to the designer's discretion creating a fantastic element of surprise. Color matching will be attempted. A perfect color match can not be guaranteed.
